Pre check-in online

Guests can check-in online in advance, thus avoiding the queues at the front desk. The form allows you to fill in the accommodation card, both for individuals and for families, directly from the hotel website before arrival.

Tablet self-sign for privacy consents

In order to quickly and easily fulfill the obligations imposed by the GDPR, you can collect privacy consents with an electronic card that contains all their preferences, and that guests can sign in a few simple steps.

Web check-out

Thanks to the interface with Nexi, the leading company for digital payments (that already integrates Infinity Scrigno for the verification and tokenization of the credit card and for the payment of deposits or prepaid), the web check-out module sends the guest a link through which he can view and pay the bill.

Housekeeping & Maintenance APP

It is the app that allows the management of staff, such as housekeepers and maintenance workers, and of the estra-services charges. Through the app you can:

Plan your staff

You can define the time required for cleaning each room. The system, based on occupancy, calculates the time needed to restore the rooms and allows to obtain a precise indication of the staff needed, offering a better and more efficient management of the maids.
 
Manage the room status and drinks from the minibar
 
When you have defined the sectors entrusted to each maid, the PDA displays the rooms to be cleaned, and whether they are parked or departing. From that PDA the maid can then change the status of the cleaned room, and can report any faults found and the drinks taken from the minibar.
 
Manage the maintenance
 
The system allows you to assign maintenance work and record its execution, after you have defined the sectors (rooms, common areas, meeting rooms) and the personnel dedicated to maintenance. The technician can check the work to be done and communicate that it has been performed on the tablet, indicating the details and timing of the intervention. A report will then give an updated state of the commissioned and completed works.
 
Manage the reporting of any customer complaints or lost objects found in the room.
 
The App allows you to attach images of lost items in the room, real-time updating the PMS.
