INFINITY SCRIGNO PMS is a complete web-based hosted property management system which allows to speed lots of daily operations with few simple and intuitive windows: automatic web booking, sending of confirmation via e-mail or SMS, automatic archiving of correspondence relating to a booking file, sending booking emails to hotel departments or external suppliers, managing pending payments by sending notices and reminders via e-mail.

The booking window has lots of useful functions in order to boost front office efficiency: the display of stays' history, preferences and services reserved by guests and the rates suggestions by the integrated revenue management system, to name just a few. Infinity Scrigno PMS also includes a portal from which the hotel staff can easily access all the esential information (arrival list, in house guests list, etc), while the hotel manager can always check hotel situation and the global business trend.

 

MICE - Meeting & Conventions

The Meeting & Conventions module allows to manage MICE agenda and any related service and technical equipment. Furthermore, it enables to organize services that can be booked on time basis: massages, garages, beach umbrellas, sports facilities, etc. The module has a simple and efficient interface, ideal to easily manage complex event reservations that involve several hotel department.

E-mail & Document Repository

 
MMail is a mailing system integrated with INFINITY SCRIGNO PMS and designed for automating some activities, like confirmation emails, services reservation, DEM email, customized holiday proposals. This tool allows to archive the correspondence in the document repository, to assign it to specific departments, to manage workloads and associate incoming mail with the booking file.

Document Repository is a file and mail archiving system, that stores the items directly on the Oracle database. It is possible to store each document associating it with the corresponding booking file, and to determine access rights depending on users’ role. Thanks to the document repository every document (agreements, confirmation mails, reminder mails, etc.) can be consulted via web by hotel managers in every moment.
